This -song debut EP shows the promise that Van Halen has. Now signed to Van Halen’s AIP Records, the title track from second album “Balance” leads Van Halen’s back-to-school campaign. This is the first studio album from Van Halen since bad diagnosis in 1995. Balance album is a scorcher!
The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. Don’t Tell Me (What Love Can Do) is a excellent, simple song by Van Halen at the top of his game. Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. I believe Big Fat Money is one of the most exquisite, heartfelt songs ever written. This song stands out greatly from the others. Although Not Enough is very melodic it is far from sad. Aftershock - To me, this is the best song on the Balance. Doin’ Time (Instrumental) stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty. Voice of Van Halen in Baluchitherium is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. In Feelin’ full palet of sound is used by Van Halen to accentuate the presentation.
