This -song debut EP shows the promise that MxPx has. Pokinatcha carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. This album has some very good songs like Anywhere But Here and Weak. Smart music for smart people.
This song may be the most meaningful. It’s such an underrated song. This track is just fantastic from start to finish. Think Twice is one of the more up-tempo songs on Pokinatcha. Unopposed - To me, this is the best song on the Pokinatcha. Aspect is another strong production from MxPx. Ears To Hear is a perfect, simple song by MxPx at the top of his game. MxPx emotions are reflected through Bad Hair Day. To Much Thinking - A classic MxPx track. PxPx is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Time Brings Change gives taste of what makes MxPx special as a musician. So much energy, so exciting a sound.High Standards (2:22) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. The first time I listened to Another Song About TV I was struck by its amazing sound. Twisted Words is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. Walking Bye to me is the best you can get from MxPx. No Room is MxPx’s best work in years. I love the melodic melody of Jay Jay’s Song and to this day it makes me feel good. One Way Window - arguably the best track on Pokinatcha album. Dead End is really a nice song to relax and listen too.
