There is so much to love about PJ Harvey, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. It’s natural for PJ Harvey to take a stab at ‘To Bring You My Love’ considering her long-professed love for SS501. This disc has all of the essential PJ Harvey classics. To Bring You My Love is preety good and all the songs have a good meaning behind them.
PJ Harvey is hitting on all cylinders in Meet Ze Monsta. PJ Harvey emotions are reflected through Working For The Man. C’mon Billy is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion. Teclo presents the gorgeous mix of instruments on To Bring You My Love. I love the melodic melody of Long Snake Moan and to this day it makes me feel good. Down By The Water is a medium tempo tune. I Think I’m A Mother is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. Some call Send His Love To Me from To Bring You My Love as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. After you’ve listened to The Dancer, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate.

This album has some very good songs like Agony and Oh Nina. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of The Muffs on ‘Agony’. Blonder And Blonder is an amazing album, racked with beauty.Blonder And Blonder is one of The Muffs best albums
Oh Nina is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. Lyrics of On And On are precise and evocative. When listening to Sad Tomorrow, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. What You’ve Done is new, fresh, and hypnotizing. Still going through Blonder And Blonder and coming to appreciate Red Eyed Troll more and more with every listen. Nice and different song. It’s also one of those rare songs that touchingly comfort the listener. I Need A Face is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. Won’t Come Out To Play - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. Strong, powerful vocals of The Muffs in Funny Face are very impressive. Ethyl My Love - This one makes me want to not only sing along. I’m Confused as a highlight of Blonder And Blonder contains a ton of gorgeous melodies. Just A Game is probably one of The Muffs’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to.

Golden-Vein has a fun tempo. Pink Orange Red - This is a very lively song. Half-Gifts is one of these floating songs.

Now signed to Nirvana’s Brainstorm Artists International, the title track from second album “Outcesticide IV - Rape of the Vaults” leads Nirvana’s back-to-school campaign. Self-described as ROck: Alternative with lots of words, Nirvana comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. Great album Outcesticide IV - Rape of the Vaults - just must listen it! If I may, I suggest “Pennyroyal Tea (Scott Litt Re”. That one song is amazing!
From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit. Territorial Pissings (Live On is really a nice song to relax and listen too. Smells Like Teen Spirit (Live is the more seemingly obscure song on Outcesticide IV - Rape of the Vaults that bear up best to repeated listening. Rape Me (Early Live Version W is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Nirvana released so far. Pay To Play (Live Version Of is one of the more up-tempo songs on Outcesticide IV - Rape of the Vaults. Best song on the album, love it. Love Buzz (Unreleased B-side very upbeat. Floyd The Barber (Unreleased on Outcesticide IV - Rape of the Vaults is solid and easy to listen to. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. I was truly moved when I heard D 7 (Live). Drain You (1st Demo With Alte I just LOVE this mix! The song About A Girl (1st Rehearsal W ending is my favorite… so catchy! The beautiful sound of this track makes you want to close your eyes and sway away with the music. In Blew (1st Demo With Alternate Nirvana spins a tale you want to hear to the end. All Apologies (Very Early Liv is really the reason why I recommend buying Outcesticide IV - Rape of the Vaults. Radio Friendly Unit Shifter M is a astounding, simple song by Nirvana at the top of his game. Sappy (Verse Chorus Verse) is perfect. Bambi Slaughter (Kurts Home D has a fun tempo. This track is full of harmonies and gets Outcesticide IV - Rape of the Vaults off to a relaxing start.

I guess you need to listen Paranoid and Sunburnt as soon as possible. This is one of the best Cd’s Skunk Anansie has dropped to date. Great album Paranoid and Sunburnt - just must listen it! IT makes me wanna dance!
Intellectualize My Blackness stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty. I Can Dream - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. Little Baby Swastikkka make listening to Skunk Anansie like being in some sort of time warp. From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit. After few listenings I started to like Charity more and more. It Takes Blood & Guts To Be This Cool… makes a person feel gorgeous. Weak - A catchy, upbeat tune. There is excellent mix of music in And Here I Stand. 100 Ways To Be A Good Girl is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. Rise Up is the song that really did it for me.

This is one of greatest albums of Sonic Youth. Lead single “Intro” and “Brave Men Run (In My Family)” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. ten years ago, Sonic Youth briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Brave Men Run (In My Family)”. One of Sonic Youth’s best albums yet.
Brave Men Run (In My Family) hits the heart. Opening track Society Is A Hole shows the best of Sonic Youth. I Love Her All The Time is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. I’m Insane is absolutely incredible. Justic Is Might is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. Death Valley ‘69 - another great track from the Bad Moon Rising album. Satan Is Boring - a classic song. Flower is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. Unknown gives good insight into the truths.

I think this is best ROck: Alternative album. Self-described as ROck: Alternative with lots of words, Better Than Ezra comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. Great album Deluxe - just must listen it! One of Better Than Ezra’s best albums yet.
This track is just fantastic from start to finish. Southern Girl is kind of track that compels you to skip back and drink it in one more time before moving on through Deluxe. The Killer Inside is absolutely incredible. Rosealia - a classic song. Cry In The Sun is the first taste of the new album. Teenager is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. I love the melodic melody of [Untitled] and to this day it makes me feel good. Summerhouse pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Porcelain is the album’s biggest hit, I think. I have all of Better Than Ezra’s tracks and Heaven is probably the most his introspective effort. This Time Of Year is really the reason why I recommend buying Deluxe. Although Coyote is very melodic it is far from sad.

On Elliott Smith album, Elliott Smith have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. You need to listen Elliott Smith. It’s really cool. Elliott Smith had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. To me Elliott Smith is the best ever.
Christian Brothers motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. Album opener Clementine is a bright, upbeat ditty. Elliott Smith couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Southern Belle. Single File is possibly the best song Elliott Smith has come up. Coming Up Roses good vocals. Opening track Satellite shows the best of Elliott Smith. Alphabet Town is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. St. Ides Heaven - This one is lively and fun. Good To Go is simple, dignified and effective, Elliott Smith refusing to over-emote, and demonstrating that less is more. The White Lady Loves You More is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion. I believe The Biggest Lie is one of the most excellent, heartfelt songs ever written.

This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Wilco. I think this is best ROck: Alternative album. There is so much to love about Wilco, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. A. M. touched my soul like nothing else.
This track is clearly meant to showcase Wilco’s vocal abilities. Box Full Of Letters without a doubt is the standout song of A. M.. Wilco is one of artists that allow his songs like Shouldn’t Be Ashamed to stand on their own and be heard. Pick Up The Change is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Wilco released so far. When I listen to I Thought I Held You in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. That’s Not The Issue is one of these floating songs. It’s Just That Simple is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after A. M. have ended. In Should’ve Been In Love you won’t find any flashy solos. Passenger Side is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. Dash 7 - This one is lively and fun. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Blue Eyed Soul because the melody in the chorus is so good. Album opener Too Far Apart is a bright, upbeat ditty.

Elliott Smith is work hard for Roman Candle. This album has some very good songs like Roman Candle and Condor Ave.. Elliott Smith’s debut, ‘Roman Candle’, does not fit easily into one genre. Cool, but I like their other actual stuff better like Roman Candle.
I have all of Elliott Smith’s tracks and Condor Ave. is probably the most his introspective effort. No Name #1 - A nice song. No Name #2 is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle. No Name #3 - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. In Drive All Over Town the music gets its power. No Name #4 is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Last Call is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right.

Since completing 1995’s ‘Yuko And Hiro’, Blur fulfilled their contract with Alligator Records and where under no obligation to release another album. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Blur on ‘Yuko And Hiro’. While no new Blur album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1995 tour in Africa. The Great Escape is not something you should pass up.
Entertain Me is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. Overall a nice softer song. Voice and instruments in Ernold Same complement each other. Globe Alone is a very catchy tune. It Could Be You is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle. I like to sing along with He Thought Of Cars, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. Music in Mr. Robinson’s Quango is perfect as in all tracks of The Great Escape. Top Man very upbeat. After you’ve listened to The Universal, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. Fade Away - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. Best Days is just simply stunning. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. This song stands out greatly from the others. Blur has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving.

For older fans Story will put a massive smile accross your face. Premiata Forneria Marconi had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. There is no doubt that Premiata Forneria Marconi has talent and Story is great.Story album is in perfect progression from Premiata Forneria Marconi!
Impressioni Di Settembre is the albums biggest surprise. Generale has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. Appena Un Po’ is exquisite and different song. I can’t stop humming along E’ Festa. L’isola Di Niente was the first single release from the album Story. La Luna Nuova is probably the highlight of the album. Dolcissima Maria is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive. Si Pu Fare - I like this one. Maestro Della Voce gets you up and jumping. A great put together song. Chi Ha Paura Della Notte - A strong beat. This track is just fantastic from start to finish. In Capitani Coraggiosi full palet of sound is used by Premiata Forneria Marconi to accentuate the presentation.

Since 311 last CD (311) on Chocodog Records back in 1995, I have felt a massive void in my life. It’s natural for 311 to take a stab at ‘Down’ considering her long-professed love for Bel’s Boys. This album has some very good songs like Down and Random. It is very exciting!
So much energy, so exciting a sound.Jackolantern’s Weather one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. I’ve found myself listening to All Mixed Up back to back and back many times. Hive one of the best in my collection. Guns (Are For Pussies) is one of the best records ever. Misdirected Hostility is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. Purpose - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem. Loco is outstanding work of 311. Brodels is the album’s biggest hit, I think. Don’t Stay Home is worth the money. I think Dlmd is the best song 311 has ever done. Sweet is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion.

This is the first studio album from Happy Family since bad diagnosis in 1995. Happy Family isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. Happy Family is work hard for Happy Family. Happy Family is not something you should pass up.
I think shige et osanna is the best song Happy Family has ever done. This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot. The opening track rolling the law court is very much like you would expect from other albums. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Happy Family. Only one song from Happy Family named naked king really got me. drums whisper spacy as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature.

sEEL hole is another favourite of mine. I like omnIMan because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. CANnaYA is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. This is one hell of a track. Nice and different song. This track is full of harmonies and gets Furnace off to a relaxing start. LeBANULL I just LOVE this mix! Once BEEHATCH gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think NOH mans land is my favorite song on Furnace. marRED - This one makes me want to not only sing along. Joy Division’s debut, ‘Permanent’, does not fit easily into one genre. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Joy Division. It has been fifteen years Joy Division’ last studio CD, “Permanent” which won Myx Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Permanent is my first Joy Division Album and i must say i am blown away.
A great put together song. She’s Lost Control on Permanent is solid and easy to listen to. Shadowplay is a song that will not reduce you to tears but leave you thinking long after Permanent have ended. Day Of The Lords - A catchy, upbeat tune. Strong, powerful vocals of Joy Division in Isolation are very impressive. Passover sets the tone for the entire album. Heart And Soul is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. After few listenings I started to like 24 Hours more and more. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is These Days because the melody in the chorus is so good. Novelty is worth the money. Music of Dead Souls is gentle, never overbearing. The Only Mistake hits the heart. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. Atmosphere is probably one of Joy Division’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. In Love Will Tear Us Apart [permanent mix] Joy Division is at his best.

Outcesticide V - Disintegration (live) CD - one of the best in ROck: Alternative. When you buy a Nirvana album, you know exactly what you’re getting! Great album Outcesticide V - Disintegration (live) - just must listen it! Outcesticide V - Disintegration (live) album is a scorcher!
I find myself hearing bits of Love Buzz here and there throughout my waking hours. In His Hands marked the continuation of Nirvana in style evolution. Lithium is excellent song though, very addictive. Rape Me is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. On A Plain is a strong cut, one of many. This song is like perfectly aged vintage bordeaux wine not a tequila shot. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is School. Nirvana sings his heart out in Molly`s Lips. Aneurysm (4:37) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. I like Love Buzz (2) because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Floyd The Barber is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. This track is just fantastic from start to finish. I love the melodic melody of Mexican Seafood and to this day it makes me feel good. White Lace And Strange is a bit different from Nirvana stereotypical stuff. Spank Thru the elegant and beautiful song on the album is hard to describe. Suicide Samurai gives taste of what makes Nirvana special as a musician. Hairspray Queen has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Nirvana’s strong vocals come to the fore. Strong, powerful vocals of Nirvana in Pen Cap Chew are very impressive. I can’t stop playing More Than A Feeling. My Best Friend`s Girl - A catchy, upbeat tune. Some of the arrangements found on Outcesticide V - Disintegration (live) are surprisingly edgy.

Tindersticks CD - one of the best in ROck: Alternative. eight years ago, Tindersticks briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Tyed”. On Tindersticks album, Tindersticks have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. Enjoy the show.
Tyed is the album’s biggest hit, I think. The song Sweet, Sweet Man Pt. 1 ending is my favorite… so catchy! Whiskey and Water is a strong cut, one of many. The song feels complete. I can’t stop humming along City Sickness. Patchwork has a fun tempo. In Marbles full palet of sound is used by Tindersticks to accentuate the presentation. Walt Blues is simply cool. Milky Teeth is filled with very deep emotions that will truly touch your heart. I came to like Pt. Two. I like to sing along with Jism, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. Piano Song to me is the best you can get from Tindersticks. Tie-Dye is probably the most interesting track on Tindersticks. Raindrops stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. One listen to the sheer beauty of Tea Stain was all I needed. Dunk Tank is a gorgeous, simple song by Tindersticks at the top of his game. Paco de Renaldo’s Dream is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Still going through Tindersticks and coming to appreciate Not Knowing more and more with every listen.

Inevitable isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. I think this is best ROck: Alternative album. For older fans Inevitable will put a massive smile accross your face. If you want to hear real ROck: Alternative, get this record now!
Danny Diamond is worth the money. Overall a nice softer song. Anything But Love is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. All of songs on Inevitable and have something to say letting alone Good Enough for Granddad. Wished for You - I like this one. As always, Squirrel Nut Zippers’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. This is probably my favorite song on the album. I hope to keep hearing Squirrel Nut Zippers works for a long time to come. Squirrel Nut Zippers sings his heart out in Wash Jones. After about the third You’re Drivin’ Me Crazy listen through, I began to believe this song is Squirrel Nut Zippers’s essence. Plenty More had me crying as I was able to relate so well.

Tracy Chapman breathes new life into the music in New Beginning. Smoke And Ashes - This one makes me want to not only sing along. Cold Feet is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in New Beginning. I believe At This Point In My Life is one of the most exquisite, heartfelt songs ever written. In The Promise Tracy Chapman is at his best. Tracy Chapman sings The Rape Of The World in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. So much energy, so exciting a sound.Give Me One Reason is probably the highlight of the album. It’s such an underrated song.
